Does Your Muscle Car Perform To Its Fullest Potential?
This Website is dedicated to the interests of all Muscle Car enthusiasts and to the richest part of the American auto tradition, the American Muscle Car. Whether you love Mopars, Chevys, Fords or Pontiacs there will be something on this site that will be of interest to you.
We will cover a bit of history and trivia of the most popular makes and models to have graced our nations roadways. And, we will research and evaluate aftermarket performance parts to determine what will give you "the most bang for the buck" right out-of-the-box, to help you make an informed decision on which carburetor, intake manifold, headers, cam or other high-performance parts to purchase for your Street/Strip Machine.
Without the right combination of engine, drive train and suspension components your car will simply not perform to its fullest potential. So, we will examine how to set up your classic ride for peak performance for both street and strip in the most cost effective way.
Of course there are a lot of extremely radical and barely streetable Hot Rods and Pro-Street cars out there that are tubbed out with 18 inch wide meats in back and equipped with blowers, nitrous systems, turbos and tricked-out Super-Mod racing engines. These are awesome rides, but most of us can't afford to go to those extremes. Nor, can you really enjoy the full benefit of such radical horsepower on the street.
So, for the most part, we will focus primarily on "old school" Muscle Cars and Street Machines, which can do double duty as weekend warriors at the local drag strip but are primarily street driven, can still run on pump gas and can also run a respectable ET in the quarter mile.
We will offer technical tips provided by experienced and knowledgeable sources and we would also like to offer our visitors the opportunity to submit articles about their own engine buildups and to offer their technical advice for the benefit of all of us. So, if you would like to share your knowledge and tech tips with other Muscle Car enthusiasts that visit our site, you can do so by clicking on the "Share Your Expertise" button on the nav-bar to the left. You can submit an article that will be featured on it's own Web page on our site.
We will be adding a photo gallery to our site very soon, so if you have a Street Machine your proud of and would like to submit some photos and details as to how it's set up and how well it performs, please click on the "Showcase Your Ride" nav-bar button to submit an article and photo that will be featured on it's own Web page. Photos you submit may also be included in our "Gallery Of Muscle" that is soon to come. We have been to many car shows and Muscle Car drag races, and have seen and photographed so many awesome rides, we feel they just need to be showcased on our Website.
MORE YET TO COME. THIS WEBSITE WILL CONTINUE TO BE UPDATED ON A REGULAR BASIS, SO CHECK BACK OFTEN. THANKS FOR LOOKING!
